Spent a little time in the craft room today to make a card for the Dressed to Impress Stamp Review Crew blog hop.

What is the Stamp Review Crew? We are an international group of paper crafters that get together to feature and review a single Stampin’ Up! stamp set on the first and third Monday of each month. All of our previous stamp set reviews are archived. Click here to see all of the hops!

Ready for more inspiration using this stamp set? Next up is Jay. Be sure to go through the hop to see what ALL my talented friends have created using this set. Thanks in advance for taking the time to comment. I love to hear from you.

Graduation Cap Shaker Card - Charlet Mallett, Stampin’ Up!

Graduation Cap Shaker Card - Charlet Mallett, Stampin’ Up!

Hello friends! Happy March. The Creating Kindness team is hopping again. This month our theme is Shaker Cards.

It’s a bit early to be creating Graduation cards but I just couldn't resist making a shaker card using the graduation cap from the Witty-cisms stamp set.

I am loving how the graduation caps fly through the air on this shaker card. I added small beads for a nice shaker sound and to help push those caps around.

Inside the shaker window I’ve created a sky background using Seaside Spray ink sponged on paper and then used Shimmery White embossing paste and the cloud mask to add a few shimmery clouds in the sky. Fun stuff!

Hello friends! Happy February. While I love January I am sure happy to be starting a new month.

The Creating Kindness team is hopping again. This month our theme is Florals. If I could choose a single image to stamp with it would be a flower. They are so pretty, unique and easy to create with. My card today is full of flowers. I created a shaker card filled with tiny beads. I’ve used the Dressed to Impress stamp set and the new So Sentimental Bundle.

The Flowers surrounding the greeting are colored using Stampin’ Blends. The Greeting has been heat set with black emboss powder for that little extra pop!

This card will be sent off to my Grandma (she loves purple) to thank her for a recent birthday gift. I think she will enjoy this interactive card.

Our guest this month is Sue Vine. I can’t wait to see what she has created along with all of my other friends, many of which will share how to ideas with their floral cards. The full link up can be found below. Thanks for stopping by.

Ape over you! I pulled out an old Valentine stamp set ‘Hey Love’ to create a couple of Valentine’s. This video shows a sped up process of creating two in basically the same time as one. Double stamp & use to positive and negative shapes for more mileage. Wobblers are fun! These are an Amazon purchase. #stampinup #cardmaker #cardmakingreels #useyourstash
