Balloons … thought balloons, hot air balloons and party balloons. Balloon is the theme for this week’s Global Design Project. I took the hot air balloon approach and used the stamp set ‘Above the Clouds’ to create this card.
I had a lot of fun stamping banners for the background. STAMP, stamp, stamp! This card really got a work out.
