Monday Montage 145 - Good Morning Magnolia

The Montage Montage crew is back today to share what we are working on.

Hello! ‘Tis the season for card club and stamp camps. Here is another card made for a recent card club. This is a fund card to create.

This card used the (very pretty) Good Morning Magnolia stamp set. The large flower is stamped on watercolor paper in Crushed Curry ink. I’ve watercolor this image in Crushed Curry and added a little Soft Seafoam color for the leaves. I love how different this image looks when watercolored.

Above the Clouds - Stamp Review Crew

Welcome to the Above the Clouds Edition of Stamp Review Crew. What is the Stamp Review Crew? We are an international group of paper crafters that get together to feature and review a single Stampin’ Up! stamp set on the first and third Monday of each month.

My card today features this fun set along with the new InColor Seaside Spray. This color is showcased in the papers, faceted dots and ink. The baker’s twine has been colored using the Seaside Spray Stampin’ Blend, perfect color coordination!

TGIF Challenges: TGIFC223 - Color Challenge using Dino Days

We are on vacation this week but I did have time to sneak in a card for this week’s TGIF color challenge. FUN and bright colors call for a FUN and bright card. I decided to breaking out the new Dino Days stamp set to help me make this RAWRsome card. HAHA. It’s super fun but I will admit I had a hard time stamping these images. My ink pads are just too juicy. Crafter problems.

One cute detail on this card I wanted to point out … I used basic pinking shears to create a border to match the spike in the purple dino. Fun, fun! :)
