Global Design Project - GDP256 - Peace & Joy

Hello friends! Welcome to another Global Design Project challenge. This week we CASEing this card from the Talented Kayla McCreadie.

I love the classic look of Kayla’s card. I especially adore the tone on tone look with the die cut paper layered onto the same color of card stock. It makes the card really interesting without being overly busy.

My card features the Peace & Joy stamp and die bundle. I’ve use the word dies PEACE, JOY and BRIGHT to create the layered background. I used the fine tip glue pen to adhere all the words to the card base. Super fun.

TGIF Challenges: TGIFC279 - 3d Challenge, Peace & Joy

Hello friends. TGIF Challenges has a Designer Takeover 3D challenge. What does that mean? Basically a 3d card. Do you create many 3D cards? I don’t but I always enjoy them when I do create them. They take a little more time and thought but they can be show stoppers.

I created this JOY pop up card for my 3D card. It has a fun interactive POP of joy when opened. This card features the Peace & Joy stamp and die bundle. A full list of supplies can be found below.

Monday Montage 171 & - Global Design Project - GDP254 - Press On

Hello friends! I’m combine two posts this week: Monday Montage & Global Design Project

The Monday Montage crew is a talented of LONG TIME Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators. A quick refresher: the Montage gals host a blog hop every other Monday showing you fun and exciting Stampin’ Up! products. I’m trying to work on cards for the weekly challenges I participate in as I slowly dig out from under a sea of moving boxes. It’s proving difficult as I can't find even my most basic tool. Anyone seen my scoring tool? Don’t look too closely at my fold lines. Haha.

This week at Global Design Project (GDP) we are playing with a basic sketch. I used the Press On Stamp set and Gilded Autumn papers to create this fun coffee lover card.
