Pick A Pumpkin Celebrate card - Charlet Mallett, Stampin' Up!

Welcome to another edition of the Stamp Review Crew blog hop. This edition is focused on the Pick a Pumpkin stamp set. This is a stamp set I love and have used a ton recently. It is a must have set!

Want to know how I got that distressed black ink look? I keep an old (somewhat dry) black ink pad around. It still inks up stamp images but stamps really uneven. This uneven distressed look can be so cool sometimes and I decided it would look great with the pumpkins from the Pick a Pumpkin stamp set. I stamped each pumpkin in black ink and then colored over the top of each image with a Peekaboo Peach Stampin' Write marker. What do you think? I think it looks pretty cool.

Want to see more inspiration using the Pick a Pumpkin stamp set? Hop along with the Stamp Review Crew and check out all the amazing Pick A Pumpkin projects.  Up next is Tanya.

A little background in case you are new to this hop: The Stamp Review Crew is a group of International Stampin' Up! demonstrators who want to show you how much you can do with ONE stamp set. Each edition of the Crew will showcase a new featured stamp set. Each stop along the hop will show you a different idea, or ideas using that set!

Use your STASH - Bring on the Bling! This is the perfect challenge for this card. I have so many rhinestones and sparkly dots that it made perfect sense to use as many as possible to decorate this tree. My card is inspired by a recent wreath project @paulinespapier created using embellishments. 'Use Your Stash' is a monthly instagram hop where my friends and I get crafty and use what we have on hand. The bling is from decades of crafting ... the stamp set is called 'Twinkle Trees'. Stampin' Up! products you can still purchase: Basic White cardstock Garden Green Ink Textured Notes dies Shimmer Star foam stickers I can't wait to see what BLING my friends have kept around and used for this challenge.
