Hello! We've got a classic sketch for you to follow for our Global Design Challenge this week.
This card uses the Petal Palette stamp set. The flowers have been embossed in white on watercolor paper and then watercolored with Calypso Coral and Wild Wasabi inks. The pearls were colored in matching colors with Stampin' Blends. Full supplies are listed below.
I took a fairly sweet and simple approach to my card with this sketch and I like the end result. It was an easy card to make multiples of and so I made a few of these for a recent swap. Below are the awesome cards and projects I received in exchange.

Welcome to another edition of Stamp Review Crew. This round we are featuring my favorite stamp set from the Occasions catalog, Petal Palette. I have already used this set a ton and everything I've seen created with this set looks so GOOD! I can't wait to see some more inspirational and fresh ideas.
To get that soft flower feel I stamped the large flower image in Calypso Coral ink on watercolor paper and then lightly misted with a Stampin' Spritzer. Then I went into each of the flowers only and watercolored with Calypso Coral ink. I like the look.

It's COLOR Challenge time! I can't wait to see how you all interpret the color challenge that the Global Design Project has for you this week. It's bright, cheery and feels so fresh.
My card features the Petal Palette stamp set and Petal Passion papers from the Occasions mini catalog. Full supplies are listed out below. I've used this stamp set so much already. It's a total fav!
This card is all about MARKERS! The flower image on this card is a combination of the Designer Series papers (hand colored) and the stamp set. I used my Stampin' Write Markers to color the designer series paper, and to ink the stamps. The larger flowers are colored in Sweet Sugarplum and I went over them quite a few times to increase the color saturation. I like how the Sweet Sugarplum appears a little darker on these flowers. I also used my Peekaboo Peach marker to color the White Taffeta ribbon. There is so much you can do with a good marker.
