Hello friends! The TGIF Design team has a sketchy challenge for you. Isn’t this a fun layout? So many fun ways you could interpret this sketch.
I’ve opted to use the Climbing Roses stamp set and have watercolored the large rose image in Berry Burst and Tranquil Tide. The color combo is a little unique. I like the way the Tranquil Tide is playing off the Pool Party and the Berry Burst. Super fun.
Little details: The piece of Tranquil Tide cardstock has been dry embossed using the Subtle Textured Embossing folder. Then it has been flicked and splattered with a little bit of black ink. Last I’ve heat embossed the sentiment onto the textured cardstock, without using an embossing buddy, so the embossing powder might stick some into the dry embossed groves. Making the white look a little splattered. I like the messy effect.
