Good Morning Magnolia - Stamp Review Crew

Welcome to the Good Morning Magnolia edition of Stamp Review Crew. I am super excited for this edition as I am totally in love with this stamp set and product bundle. Its a beauty.

My projects today use both the stamps and dies. I threw in the new Scripty embossing folder for that fun script background. I think it looks great with this bundle. The magnolia flower has been colored using Stampin’ Blends. I added a little pop of a new InColor (Rococo Rose) to the center of the flower to give it that deeper pink color. The little swatch of gingham paper is also in Rococo Rose. A dull list of supplies can be found below.

See that fun shape I created using the border die? I was able to use the positive version on the first card and the negative version on the second. This is a great way to push your dies and paper a little bit farther.

What is the Stamp Review Crew? We are an international group of paper crafters that get together to feature and review a single Stampin’ Up! stamp set on the first and third Monday of each month. All of our previous stamp set reviews are archived. Click here to see all of the hops.

Ready for more inspiration using this stamp set? Next up is Ann. Be sure to go through the hop to see what ALL 12 my talented friends have created using this set. See the full link up below. Thanks in advance for taking the time to comment. I love to hear from you.

This blue and purple winter card uses tidbits from the Calm & Bright kit. I used the negative shape from the fir die cut to create a stencil and layered from there. Blend, stencil, stamp. Colors are Highlander Heather, Cloud Cover, & Lost Lagoon. @global_design_project #gdp525 #stampinup #calmandbright
Masking and stamping! On this card I mask with tape, blend ink, then stamp, then stencil, and stamp again to create a layered scene. It’s so satisfying to remove the masking tape… always a fun reveal. Sending Joy! I created this wintry scene using the Calm and Bright card kit. I love the look of white on white. I pulled in some gold embossing and Crumb Cake to balance out all that white. This CAS kit has tons of cute and tiny elements (yippee for tiny stamps) that are perfect for creating an adorable little holiday scene. 166461 Card created for @global_design_project BRRR theme. #gdp523 #stampinup #cardmaker #cardmaking #cardmakersofinstagram #cardmakingreels #madewithmine
