Hi friends! I’m super excited to share this week’s Global Design Project challenge. I am honored to have one of my cards as the inspiration for this challenge and I can’t wait to see what you make using this card as your inspiration.
I love the look of a flagged banner on a card. It makes for an easy focal point and I use it often. This was the jumping off point for my new project.
This new card features two great greetings stamp sets: Itty Bitty Greetings and Itty Bitty Birthdays. The ‘It’s Your Day’ sentiment has been stamped in Pretty Peacock, Bermuda Bay and Granny Apple Green. I used the Stamparatus to help with the alignment. The ‘Happy Graduation’ sentiment comes from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set.
It continues to be graduation season around here. Out local high school graduation is next week. I needed a card without many frills for a teen boy. I think this turned out perfect for the occasion. I’ve created these graduation caps before. Here is the info on how to make the graduation cap.
