Enjoy Life - Monday Montage 136

The Montage Montage crew is back today to share and showcasing new projects we are working on.

Today I am sharing a simple card I made using the Enjoy Life stamp set. I paired it with a greeting from a retired set however you could recreate with card with any greeting. I love the imagery in the Enjoy Life stamp set, so versatile and works great for many occasions. I created a pretty simple watercolor wash using Night of Navy and a tiny hint of Berry Burst to create a dusk looking background. I like the effect.

Geared Up Garage - More car card love.

We just celebrated my husbands birthday! While he’s not really a car guy he sure does jump start my heart (cue the cheese). While we are not car people we ARE road trip people. This card sure fit the bill for his birthday.! This is a fun interactive card with an interesting fold, making that car POP right off the page.

Are you familiar with the Geared Up Garage products? This suite is perfect for projects that you might want to have a more “masculine” look & feel. The bundle includes a stamp set with coordinating dies that feature all sorts of images you might see in a car repair garage. There is a coordinating set of 6x6 designer series papers full of additional motor themed images in rich colors. This collection also includes fun metal wrench and key embellishments.

Shine Brighter - Lightbulb Card

I was organizing my craft room the other day and came across a bunch of fun products I’ve gathered over the years. I had not even opened some of these items!!! Yikes. Does this happen to you? So I pulled together a hodgepodge of crafty happiness and put these unused items to good use and created this Lightbulb card. The stamp set is an oldie but goodie from (2015) Concord and 9th called Shine Brighter. I don’t think its available anymore. I’ve stamped the image on white Glitter paper from ETC papers and colored in the image with various Copic Markers. The paper components are from an old Studio Calico card kit. Yay for using up the goods.

Global Design Project Sketch Challenge - GDP183

Speedy post this week, traveling but I did sneak in a card for this week’s Global Design Project challenge. We have a theme challenge this week: A Day in the Park.
