Bubble Over- Stamp Review Crew

March 18, 2018

Hello! Welcome to the Stamp Review Crew Blog hop. This edition we are highlighting the stamp set 'Bubble Over'. What is this hop all about? The Stamp Review Crew is a group of International Stampin' Up! demonstrators who want to show you how much you can do with ONE stamp set. Each edition the SR Crew will showcase a new featured stamp set. Each stop along the hop will show you a different idea, or ideas using that set!

My Thank You card uses Brusho for the bubbly background effect. Simply paint on a little water with an aqua painter and then sprinkle the water wash with Brusho.

I thought it would be fun to pair the Bubble Over set with the citrus image from the Fruit Basket stamp set. Both of these sets come are available in a bundle with a coordinating tool. The Bubble Over Stamp set also has a coordinating Designer Series Paper that can be earned as a free gift with 50$ purchase until the end of this month! Full supplies can be found below.

It's been a busy day (and I'm a little brain dead) so I'm going to keep this post short and sweet. Next up is Ann! Thanks for visiting and hopping along with us!

Are you Interested in purchasing Stampin' Up! products? I would LOVE to be your Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. If you live in the United States you can order your paper crafting supplies from my online store. So easy. THANK YOU!

Scrapbook Sunday Blog Hop - March

March 18, 2018

Hello again! Welcome back to another Scrapbook Sunday blog hop. This event features a team of Stampin' Up! scrapbookers that blog hop along the 3rd Sunday of every month and share exclusively scrapbooking ideas using Stampin' Up! products.

This month we are challenged to create a page with Stampin' Up! products using the sketch to the left. Like I mentioned last month, I'm making a book for my Grandma. I've created another page for that memory book. This page size is 6 x 8 and uses the Cake Soiree suite of products. Full supplies are listed below.

Ok, ready to see what the team has created using this sketch? Let's go! Next up is Danielle Bennenk. Full link up can be found below. Thanks so much for visiting.

Perennial Birthday - Inspiration Week #TGIFC151

March 16, 2018

Isn't this photo inspiring? I would love to have a bouquet like this in my kitchen. This photo/bouquet the base for our TGIF inspiration challenge this week (#TGIFC151). The overall look of this floral photo felt full of Cameo Coral and Old Olive so I relied heavily on these two colors to create this fun little birthday bouquet using the Perennial Birthday stamp set. Now that peek at it again I should of added a little yellow. Ah well, there is always next time.

Get inspired! Check out what the TGIFC Designers have created based from this inspiration over on the TGIF Challenges blog and play along with us! Thanks for visiting.

Picture Perfect Birthday - Stampin' Up! Artisan Blog Hop

March 15, 2018

Alrighty! Let's celebrate the good stuff. It's time for another Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team blog hop. I look forward to this monthly hop and eagerly await to see what the other designers have created. This month we are featuring the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set and Picture Perfect Party Papers. Note >>>> if needed the Google translate button is available on the right. >>>>

The Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set is a MUST have. Are you familiar with it yet? I was instantly drawn to the font, sentiments and 2-step bow in this set. I used the bow on all three projects! There are so many fun elements to help build backgrounds, candles, and other fun birthday scenes. I decided to create a matching gift ensemble that includes a birthday card, a small gift bag & tag, and a piece of framed decor.

'Celebrate the Good Stuff' birthday card uses the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set. Charlet Mallett - Stampin' Up! — 'Celebrate the Good Stuff' birthday card uses the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set. Charlet Mallett - Stampin' Up!

This 'Celebrate the Good Stuff' birthday card uses Pool Party and Bermuda Bay inks to create the stamped bow images. The Organza Ribbon (originally white) has been stained with a Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blend to color match with the confetti.

I love this fun and simple confetti background. It was created using the small triangle scatter stamp in my favorite colors!

Celebrate Happy Birthday Framed decor - Charlet Mallett - Stampin' Up! Picture Perfect Birthday

This Celebrate decor piece is a 5x7" photo frame with the handmade paper art laid on top of the glass. It serves two functions:

1. It's super cute (IMO) and let's everyone know it's your birthday.
2. It is also the gift once you easily remove the paper decoration from the frame.

Note: this basic white picture frame was purchased at Target for under $5.00.

The Picture Perfect Party Papers (say that 4x fast. whoa! major P alliteration) are super fun with photorealistic designs on the A sides and graphic pattern designs on the B sides. I've always been drawn to the B-sides in music so I figured I'd showcase the some of the B-sides of this paper on the treat bag.

The treat bag was created using the Gift Bag Punch Board. Since the papers are 6"x6" you'll need to attached two pieces together before scoring and assembling. The 3D bow was also created using the designer series papers.

Thank for visiting. Remember the Artisan Design Team hops monthly (occasionally more). So check in often. Next up is the super talented Connie from Constantly Stamping. I can wait to see what she and the rest of the Artisan designers have created with these products.
