Hello! Welcome to the Stamp Review Crew Blog hop. This edition we are highlighting the stamp set 'Bubble Over'. What is this hop all about? The Stamp Review Crew is a group of International Stampin' Up! demonstrators who want to show you how much you can do with ONE stamp set. My Thank You card uses Brusho for the bubbly background effect. Simply paint on a little water with an aqua painter and then sprinkle the water wash with Brusho.
