Sometimes you feel like making a frilly, pretty, pink card. This is that card for me today. I find the hint of vellum adds that extra oomph and detail that really pushes this card to the next level. The vellum on this card has been dry embossed using the Scripty 3D embossing folder.

AWESOME! It’s one of my favorite words. It’s the main reason I purchased the Genuine Gems stamp set.
I will never reject the universe sending some awesome my way. We all need it! I used the Genuine Gems & Pop of Petals stamp sets to create this card for TGIFC237 Sketch challenge. All images have been colored using Stampin’ Blends.

I’m a tiny bit late to this weeks TGIF Challenge but I had to jump in … one word, HALLoWEEN! Ha, if you know me well you know I love all things Halloween. Decorating, the costumes, the crafting and the treats.
This card pulls in a few experiments and TRICKS. I’ve been playing around a bit with Alcohol inks lately. The Purple background was an experiment using a current and purple alcohol ink on Yupo paper. It instantly reminded me of a spooky potion so I knew I needed to turn it into a card. The black background features Black Glitter embossing powder. I used a new stencil mask with versa mark to create the pattern. It adds a nice bit of texture and sparkle to an otherwise black sheet of cardstock. The experiments in the tiny jars have been colored using Stampin’ Blends.
