AB Baseball & Coaches VS Cancer

I did a little bit of baking to donate to the bake sale for the Coaches VS Cancer baseball game tonight at the ABHS. I baked all my favorite desserts that mom bakes. Mom's banana bread, brownies, and this amazing chocolate chip cookie recipe. These cookies are Andrew's most favorite.

I decided to dress up my packaging a little bit. Gotta get a little crafty, right? AB baseball colors are blue and gold and April's SU Paper Pumpkin kit totally matches! I altered the kit cards to create these simple tags.

Neighbor Gifting!

We sure love our Sandy, Utah neighbors! Every year I usually gift something homemade. We wanted to thank them for being such awesome neighbors and friends. This summer I made a ton of jam in various flavors (all fruits from the garden) and thought this would be a nice farewell gift, along with some yummy great harvest bread.

Similar style packaging as my previous posts... I am pleased with how these turned out. Super cute! I hope they all enjoy. We will miss our neighbors.

Hello Gourd-geous, and happy September! The first day of fall is still a few weeks away, but it sure does feel like fall here in Maine. The mornings are chilly and crisp, and you can just smell fall in the air. The Global Design Project has a “Harvest” theme challenge this week. #GDP563 The deer have been eating their way through my garden harvest, but I did manage to get a couple of zucchini last week.
