Fancy Friday April Challenge - Designer Series Paper

The Fancy Friday team is showcasing project using their favorite Designer Series Papers for the entire month of many. Check out the @fancyfriday instagram for awesome inspiration.

My project for this theme features the True Love black and white designer series paper. I love a good back and white paper and the patterns in this pack are super versatile. This card uses three of the patterns. Can you spot them (stripe, small daisy floral, large floral). I colored some of the paper imagery using Stampin’ Blends. I paired these papers with the sentiments from the Many Messages stamp set. I tried to incorporated many sentiments from the set to complete a longer CONGRATULATIONS message.

TGIFC295 - Hello friends. It’s Friday Challenge time! This week we are playing with an image theme: TREES. This card was inspired by a card created by Debbie Hughes. I wanted to CASE her card using Stampin’ Up! products.

My card background uses the Evergreen Forest embossing folder. This embossing folder has a beautiful forest. I embossed the image onto watercolor paper. I wanted the trees to appear snow covered against an evening sky so I watercolored the sky using Misty Moonlight.
