Little Elephant baby cards - GDP206

Little 3x3 love notes are the perfect sized card to attach to baby gifts. Such a nice size for a small present and easy to make! It seems like I have so many friends having babies lately. These cards have come in handy!

Funny enough, I used this GDP206 sketch to make these cards. I’m playing along this week instead of designing for the Global Design Project. I was a little late getting my projects posted. OOPS!

Trick or Tweet - just for fun

It’s the last day of September. High time I get my Halloween on. Check out this little 3x3 gift card. The elephant in a bat costume has to be one of the cutest Halloween images I’ve seen this season (from the Trick or Tweet stamp set). Love him. I created a simple 3x3 card to pair with a Halloween gift. I love how deep and saturated Rich Razzleberry looks with Gorgeous Grape, a perfect color choice for Halloween. The bats come from the Spooky Sweets stamp set.

It's time for the Monday Montage Inspiration Hop where my freinds and I share projects we are working on. This weekend I shared a card for USE YOUR STASH featuring specialty glitter paper. I created a second card using goodies from my craft room. The Butterfly products are old goodies. The sentimen is from the Banner Saying stamp set and has been punched out using the Three Banner punch. Use your Stash! Specialty Paper Edition... I must admit I did a recent purge of paper and donated boxes and boxes to our local thrift store, so it was tricky to find "specialty" papers however I did happen to keep all colors of GLITTER and GLIMMER papers. This card was so simple to make. I choose some fun and bright glitter papers and cut into 1 inch strips for background. I pulled out the "Beautiful Butterfly" dies and altered the largest butterfly shape to create a full window opening to showcase all that glitter. Products you can still purchased from Stampin' Up! Banner Sayings Stamp set Three Banner Punch Basic White Cardstock I can't wait to see what papers my friends pulled out from their stashes for this challenge.
