Monday Montage 162 - Beauty Abounds

Hello friends! The Montage Montage crew is back today to share what we are working on.

Does this card look a little familiar? It might. That would be because I used all sort of scraps from a card I made last week for TGIF Challenges to create this baby. Do you every do that? I usually stamp a couple of the same sentiment, and have multiples of die cuts and other pieces left over from a cardmaking session. Today I sorted through those pieces and put them together to create this card!

We have a new baby in the neighborhood and so I crafted this sweet welcome card using the 'Notes of Spring' stamp set and 'Eyelets Blooms' die. Both products are a screaming deal at 5$ each with qualifying purchase. Get in my cart! Ha. I'm a sucker for a good deal, who isn't? A sweet card for a sweet friend! We are CASING the amazing @tinkermom85 this week @global_design_project - I love how Wendy stamped on patterned paper to add a quick pop of color. I took a similar approach and stamped the berries from the 'Filled with Sweetness' stamp set onto red patterned paper. The green stems were stamped directly onto Garden Green cardstock and then cut out and layered onto the red berries. Water & ink. I used water and classic ink to create this soft pastel card. Paper: watercolor paper. I used a variety of flower punches from my collection to create the multi-layered flowers.
