This week the crew over at What Will You Stamp is creating projects with the Carousel Birthday stamp set. I've made quite a few samples with this set over the past few months. The card I'm sharing today uses the Cupcakes & Carousel designer papers to create a kind of tent like curtain to frame the Carousel Horse image. The pennants on the card are also hand cut from the Designer paper.
