Follow Your Dreams - Global Design Project SKETCH Challenge - GDP162

Follow Your Dreams is a stamp set I haven’t had much time to play with. I’m busy making swaps for onstage and finally busted it out. I think this set looks pretty great paired with a little Pineapple Punch and Calypso Coral.

This week the Global Design Project are creating from a sketch. I switch my layout up a little bit but you can see some elements from the sketch coming through. Ready to play? The design team has more inspiration for you, check out the GDP blog for more details. #gdp162

Little Twinkle - Stamp Review Crew

Hello and welcome to the Little Twinkle edition of Stamp Review Crew. I’ve been working on a few fun projects lately. I created this card as my contribution to an upcoming swap all about fancy folds.

I decided to create a pop up card using the little twinkle stamp set. This pop up is creating using a single sheet of paper and a few simple folds. Get ready to GASP! I actually created video on how I made this card. You can check that out on my YouTube channel. And please subscribe! I would approach your follow.

The stamp set is darling and is perfect for baby, kid and love cards.

Here is the same cute card in blue! It’s fun to mix things up with a little color change. You can find a full list of supplies at the end of this post.

Are you ready to check out more inspiration using the Little Twinkle stamp set? Next up is Lou with more lovely inspiration! Thanks in advance for taking the time to comment. I love to hear from you!

What is the Stamp Review Crew? We are an international group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators that gets together to do a blog hop on the first and third Monday of each month. For each hop we chose a single stamp set to feature. We have a blog with all of the hops archived. You can hop through any hop, any time. Click here to see all of the hops!

Tape & Twine - TGIF Challenges - TGIFC183

Hello friends! Welcome to this week’s product spotlight challenge at TGIF Challenges. We are highlighting baker’s twine and washi tape. Twine is an absolute staple for most of my cards. I can’t live without white baker’s twine!!! Another staple is the b&w Pick Your Pattern Washi tape. I’ve used these washi tapes more than any other tape. Probably because these tapes looks great with just about any card design.

A couple of weeks ago I saw this Halloween mantle from Tater Tots & Jello’s instagram account. I was so inspired by this photo, I just could not get it out of my head. I needed to make a card. I used the Spooky Sweets stamp set, Buffalo Check stamp set and the Spooky Bats punch to create this card.

Recently I splurged and bought a mini button maker for some work related project. I love the look of flair and so I used it to create custom 31 button. I’d be happy to send you a button if you’d like. Drop me a line. The rest of the product on this card can be purchased from Stampin’ Up! A full list of supplies can be found below.

Do you have some tape and twine lying around? Are you ready to play along with us? Visit here for more details. #tgifc183

A Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop - Alternates for Friends of a Feather

Hi folks! It’s time to hop and see a bunch of alternate ideas using the October Paper Pumpkin kit.

When my October Paper Pumpkin kit arrived I was super excited. I usually am so excited to see the red box in my mail but this kit had me at FEATHER! I have such a love with feathers right now.

This kit is called Friends of a Feather and includes all the goodies to create 8 cards. Below you can see the 9 piece stamp set and the suggested cards. I did make a few cards following the instructions but I ended up cutting down the supplies to make napkin rings and name place cards for our Thanksgiving dinner next month! Plus I had a enough supplies to make a few card alternates. You can see those below.
