With Father's day just a few shorts weeks away it's time for me to start making Father's Day cards. I was excited to hear that this weeks WWYS challenge set is Urban District. This set is 'perfecto' for Father's Day cards. Here is the rub - it's only available for purchase for a few more days. Yikes! So if you love it, last chance. If you own it, play along with us. TGIF Challenges - Designer Inspiration - Rochelle Blok

Welcome to another TGIF Challenge. The week we are are creating projects inspired by the EVER-SO talented Rochelle Blok. Rochelle is a well-deserved member of the 2017 Stampin' Up! Artisan Design team. This means she is the best of the best, AND always has the latest SU goodies to play with. Her projects are super inspiring!

I've chosen to CASE a card Rochelle made a few weeks ago for the 2 year anniversary of TGIF Challenges.

My youngest child turns 7 tomorrow and I needed a birthday card at the ready. The card Rochelle made proved to be a great jumping off point to create my card.

I find that Rochelle's cards usually have so many micro details, the more you look, the more you find. I tried to incorporate a few extra details and finishes in my card as well. I used wink of Stella to give the stars on the embossed paper a little shimmer. Mini sequin trim and metallic thread add even more sparkle.

Another fun challenge is happening over at the Global Design Project. This week we get to CASE the designer, Shawn de Oliveira. When you CASE a project you can Copy And Selectively Edit ... so I used the color combo (pink, kraft, green, white) as my jumping off point for this WELCOME card.

There are only a few days left of the 2017 Occasions mini catalog and I am really trying to get the most mileage I can from these fabulous stamp sets before they are GONE, GONE, GONE. This card uses the Vertical Garden and Oh, So Succulent stamp sets.

Welcome to another WWYS challenge. This week is all about Beetles & Bugs. Bugs, bugs, bugs! Boy do they love me, and BOY do I hate them. Seriously! The Beetles & Bugs stamp set is the rare exception, nothing creepy or crawly about it. I created two cards for this weeks What Will You Stamp Challenge. If you own this set play along with us!
