Woohoo! It's a FREE for ALL blog hop with the Stamp review crew today. The SRC decided to throw in a bonus hop this month and let us choose a Sale-a-bration promotion product to feature. I chose to focus on the stamp set So Many Thanks. Did you know you can earn this set for FREE with any 50$ purchase from Stampin' Up!? That's true with any of exclusive Sale-a-bration products. Super cool.
A little about my project ...
I stamped the large Thank You phrase in Versamark ink onto watercolor paper and then heat embossed with white emboss power. Next I added the Crushed Curry color with an aqua painter, paying extra attention to add a darker watercolor shadow detail under each letter. I love how this technique makes the Thank You pop off the card. I like this card so much I created an alternate version in Melon Mambo, shown below.
If you started from the beginning of this hop you know what I am about to say ... get ready to be inspired. This blog hop is huge and full of so many cool samples featuring FREE products from the Sale-a-bration promo. Next up is the ever so talented Ann Schach
Welcome to another weekly stamp set challenge with the What Will You Stamp design team. This we are sharing projects using the Number of Years stamp set.
I made this card for my Grandma. While her birthday is still a ways away I wanted to create a card specific for her. I can't decide if I LOVE this card. Is the the color? Or the pattern paper? Just not sure. I may need to take another try on this card at a later date.
What I do LOVE is the Number of Years stamp set. It's such a great large number set perfect for card making. Check out these other creations using Number of Years on the What Will You Stamp blog. Thanks for stopping by.
