Magical Mermaid - What Will You Stamp

Check out what I stamped with Magical Mermaid! This set is not my typical style but I loved how these cards turned out. This first card was made for my Mom. She came out to visit for the weekend. It was her birthday yesterday and this card matched our magical weekend!

I'm sharing three cards today. These three cards feature a little bit of shimmer, sparkle & shine, and bubbling fizz.

SHIMMER: This Powder Pink Magical Mermaid Birthday card uses Wink of Stella pretty liberally on the mermaid tail. It really adds a nice effect.

SPARKLE & SHINE: My second card showcases these fabulous foil snowflakes! These are super versatile and not just for winter and holiday cards ... The snowflakes are silver on one side and gold on the other. I've used the silver side and like how it pairs with the faceted gems and sparkly glimmer paper.

BUBBLING FIZZ: The design on the Softly Falling embossing folder looks just like bubblea floating up from the bottom of the sea. The sea on this card is PINK and popping!

Sometimes you've just got to make a quick project for no real reason at all. This mitten image from the Smitten Mitten bundle of products is so cute. I decided to play off the the cross stitch look and make a mini faux cross stitch ornament. This will be so cute on a tree or as a tag on a gift. LOVE IT!

Hi guys! Check out this cute stamp set! Birthday Delivery is the featured challenge set for this weeks What Will You Stamp challenge. I made two cards using various images from this set. Both of these cards also feature two new products from the Stampin' Up! Holiday catalog. The paper patterns come from the Christmas Around the World Designer Series paper ... I love it when I can use Christmas papers all year long! That little hint of 1/8 inch silver metallic washi tape come from the Year of Cheer washi tape pack.

Crafting Forever - Stamp Review Crew

Happy Labor Day to all the folks in the USA! You've gotta love a three day weekend. Long weekends sure do allow for lots of crafting. The sentiment on this card is perfect for me. Crafting forever, housework whenever. LOL. I did not spend my weekend cleaning, that is for certain. I did do a little crafting and some home improvement. I painted my front door yellow and I LOVE it!. Anyway ...

Crafting Forever is the stamp set the Stamp Review Crew is featuring on this edition of the blog hop. It's a super fun set for the crafter in everyone. This is the first time I've had an opportunity to play with this gem. It's a set not to be missed. Check out these great images; artistic pens, thread, stamps, scissors and a pot fun of paint brushes! I choose to feature the pot full of brushes on both of the cards I created. It was a fun image to color.
