Another uneventful day. Hooray!

Tonight Andrew had a game and Ben had soccer try outs. Chilly night.

The front flower bed is coming in nicely. Pretty roses.

Still pouring... We spent the night at the ER. It seems we are not having the best of health luck lately. Andrew injured his eye pretty bad tonight. It could of been much worse. I can't even explain the injury (the words are too cumbersome). Basically the eye almost got poked out and has a decent tear on the white part of his eye. After 2 hours at the ER we spend 2 hours at the optomologist as he did all sorts of eye tests and removed dirt and fragments of his contact lens out of his eye. Andrew's vision is fine (thank goodness) and the eye will heal in about a week. It's very painful and uncomfortable. My nerves are shot. Lots of tears today. Can you believe the luck? Tomorrow will be another day at home for us.

Busy night... I took Nick to instacare tonight, it turns out he has an ear infection and pink eye. Bummer. He cannot go to daycare tomorrow (Chris will be in AZ) so he and I will spend the day together.

Then when I returned home from instacare I found Ben with a cold pack across his face. Apparently at bball practice he was clobbered straight in the nose with a baseball. It bled for over 15 minutes. Back to instacare to determine it is not broken, just really bruised and swollen. He looks and feels miserable. I wouldn't be surprised if some shiners appear tomorrow.
