Welcome back friends. Happy Friday and that means it is time for another TGIF Challenge! We have an unique sketch to play along with. I just received some of the new catalog products on preorder and I couldn't wait to open them up and play. This card follows the sketch to the letter, however instead of a flower I used the butterfly die from the new Springtime Impressions thinlets.
The TGIFC designers have some lovely interpretations of this sketch. Check them out and play along! #tgifc159
You all know I love a great challenge. I'm participating the Mother's Day Card Making Challenge with Paper Garden. This challenge is all about cards fro mom and is unique as there are prizes for the winning card.
My card features handmade 3D flowers in shades of purples. I used a scallop circle punch to created these flowers. The greeting is hand stamped using the Make A Difference alphabet stamp set from Stampin' Up! (available in a bundle now!).
Are you ready to see all the entires and vote? See cards below - the entries close on May 10th. I would love if you would consider casting a VOTE for my card (number 15). THANK YOU! - Charlet
Hello friends and welcome to another Global Design Project challenge. This week's color challenge features three of my favorite colors! I adore Melon Mambo, Lemon Lime Twist and Pool Party. I'm thrilled these colors will remain in Stampin' Up!'s color line up next year.
My card today is delicate and graphic. I used the beautiful intricate laser cut designs from the new Delightfully Detailed Designer Series Papers (available June 1) and a myriad of circle punches. These papers are fantastic and have so many uses. I can't wait until these get into many hands so we can all be inspired. The greeting on this card is also from a new stamp set, Rooted in Nature.
Check out what the designers at the Global Design Project have created with these colors here and be sure to play along with us!
